1. Terms & Conditions of the “Next Deposit Bonus” Offer ver. 1
1.1 The offer is valid from 02/06/2025 to 02/06/2027 and applies to registered MegabetPlus customers who are over 18 years old and reside in Cyprus.
1.2 Activation of the offer requires a minimum deposit of €10.
1.3 The customer receives a 50% bonus on the deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of €100.
2. Wagering Requirements
2.1 The required wagering is 8x the bonus amount.
2.2 Before the completion of the required wagering:
- The bonus and any winnings derived from it are not withdrawable.
- Winnings resulting from the bonus are transferred to the real balance only after the completion of the bonus wagering.
- A withdrawal request before completion results in automatic cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
3. Betting Conditions
3.1 Minimum odds: To count toward wagering, each single bet must have odds of at least 1.50 (1/2). In parlays, at least one selection must meet these odds.
3.2 First selection of market/event: Only the first bet on any market and event combination (pre-game or live) counts toward wagering.
3.3 Subsequent bets on the same event do not count.
3.4 The following bets do not count:
- Asian Handicap / Goal Lines
- Cash-out / cancelled bets / events settled at odds of 1.00
- Markets with 0% margin
- Specials / outrights / entertainment bets
- Non-popular sports (e.g., rugby, cricket, snooker, futsal, etc.)
- Contradictory or complementary bets
4. Duration & Restrictions
4.1 Wagering must be completed within 30 days from activation. After this period, the bonus and winnings are cancelled.
4.2 Only one active bonus is allowed at a time. A new bonus can be activated only after the current one is completed or expired.
4.3 The offer cannot be combined with other registration or deposit offers.
5. Abuse & Cancellations
5.1 If abuse or deposit with the intent to secure winnings regardless of outcome is detected, MegabetPlus reserves the right to:
- Cancel the bonus and winnings
- Charge the corresponding amount for processing expenses
- Request verification documents before crediting any offer
6. General
6.1 Offers are limited to one per customer, household, IP address, email, payment method, and device.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer upon approval by the National Betting Authority.
6.3 Customers who have already accepted the offer will continue under the original terms, unless the new ones are more favorable.
